Unfortunately, for all the fact that the selection is absolutely stunning, the sales associates — I’m sorry, ‘consultants’ — are very rude and inconsiderate. I have a miserable and insulting experience at Hannelore’s and would never purchase a gown from them even had I found ‘the dress’ nor would I recommend it to any others.
