Dress the Dress: Jennifer

Discover…dressing the dress for Jennifer.  Jennifer is a former model from Texas who will be getting married this spring in Houston.  She has chosen a dramatic mermaid silhouette with pretty beadwork on the front and back of the bodice.  A fabulous design for a confident bride as it accentuates the curves.  Jennifer has a $700 budget and is looking for a comb and a simple earring design to complement her gown.  I immediately thought of our Casablanca comb.  I love how it works with the beading on her gown.  It’s also a wonderful example of our filigree as art.  The Bassett earring is a nice choice to tie her look together and remain within budget.  We welcome all brides to submit pictures of their gowns along with their accessory budget to info@christinagarciabridal.com if they wish to participate in Dress the Dress.  Indulge!

Happy Valentines Day To All!

Discover…wedding day nostalgia. To celebrate Valentines day, I would like to share with you 2 storyboards containing pictures of my very own wedding. Creating these storyboards has made me nostalgic about the beautiful wedding we had. I am always grateful for that special day. However, more importantly, I feel truly blessed because I found my soul mate and we continue to live a blissful life together with our two beautiful sons.  When you get stressed out over wedding planning details, keep in mind that more important than the wedding day itself are the days, the months and the years that follow.
